A 40-person Oxford pilot trial published in Aging Cell found spermidine supplements boosted COVID-19 vaccine immune responses in seniors who were vaccine non-responders. Vaccines are the most effective public health tool available for protecting older adults from influenza, COVID-19, RSV, and pneumonia. But they work less reliably in people over 65.
