Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a historical brucellosis hotspot and Chinese major livestock-producing region, has seen a sustained nonlinear rise in human brucellosis over two decades. Epidemic features include marked June–August seasonality. The study presents epidemiological trends from 2004–2024 and comparative forecasting models for predicting future cases.
