Hannaford recalls select items linked to salmonella outbreak

Hannaford is recalling six deli and produce items linked to a broader recall involving jalapeños grown in Mexico, tied to a salmonella outbreak. The recalled items include: Beans, rice and cheese burrito, Classic beef burrito, Chicken verde burrito, and other prepared food items.
