Indonesia, S Korea develop forest fire management center in Sumatra

The Indonesian and South Korean governments have strengthened collaboration in controlling forest and land fires by developing a Forest and Land Fire Management Center in Sumatra. The center is located in the Gambut area of Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) District, South Sumatra. The development of the center is part of the cooperation between the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) and the Korea Forest Service (KFS).
