Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia

Authorities in Russia’s Bashkortostan region said drones were repelled overnight close to major oil refineries that previously came under attack several times last year. The head of the region, Radiy Khabirov, stated that one drone fell on the territory of one of the enterprises, causing minimal impact, while others were intercepted in the industrial zone. Bashneft, a subsidiary of Rosneft, operates several large-scale refining complexes in the region, which are critical to Russia's domestic fuel supply and export capacity.
